The Final Summit
by Andy Andrews
The sequel: David Ponder, now old and wealthy, is summoned to a council of history's 'Travelers' to answer the question of what humanity must do to get back on the path. The answer is one word, and the book is a long parable about finding it.
Read it if…
you loved The Traveler's Gift and want the sequel.
Skip it if…
you did not; this is more of the same, with higher stakes and more speeches.
Three things you will actually use
- Principles outlive the people who learn them.
- Wisdom is a group activity.
- Do something.
Do this first
Read it after the first book and write your own answer before reaching theirs.
Our verdict
