Not therapy or treatment

What it is
A written script, about one person, in their name, describing their goal and the moments around it, in plain and believable language. Produced as private audio in a voice they chose from samples. Listened to often, over weeks or months, so that the new sentences get the repetition the old ones had for free. That is the whole thing. The power, such as it is, comes from specificity and repetition, not from any technique.
Why plain is better
Techniques create dependency on the technician. Plain language creates nothing but a better default narration, which you then own. It also means you can see exactly what you are buying, change it, and know that there is nothing in it you did not choose.
