Accountability for a career change

You do not need another course.
You need to send the first email.

Career changes die in the research phase. Another article, another course, another ‘when things calm down’. The missing piece is rarely information; it is a sequence of uncomfortable actions with dates attached and someone who knows the dates.

Your partner will not tell you which career to choose; that is yours, and we are not career counselors. They will make you decide by a date, break the move into weeks (target, materials, conversations, applications), and ask every week whether the step happened.

Your partner is not a licensed professional and gives no medical, legal, financial or career-counseling advice. They will, however, notice when ‘thinking about it’ has quietly become the plan.

What a Sprint looks like

Wk 1

Decide

One target role or direction, written down, with the reason.

Wk 2

Materials

Résumé, profile, portfolio: finished, not perfect.

Wk 3

Three conversations

People who do the job. Booked, held, notes sent to your partner.

Wk 4

Applications

A number agreed on call one. Proof: the confirmation emails.

Illustrative. Your plan is written with you on the first call, from your real deadline.

Plans

Priced by time.
Nothing hidden.

US dollars. Calls are 45 minutes, by phone (we call you, or a free internet call if you are outside the US), in your time zone. Add a 1-hour custom audio recording to any Sprint or Program for $39 instead of $59. No checkout on this website: you send the form, receive a confirmed price by email, then a PayPal invoice. Your partner is assigned when the invoice is paid. Reschedule free with 24 hours’ notice; a missed call without notice counts as used. Unused calls expire six months after purchase. Non-refundable once the engagement starts.

Questions

Before you ask.

Can my partner review my résumé?

They can read it and ask hard questions as a reader; they are not recruiters or career counselors and will not rewrite it or advise on the market.

I am not sure what I want.

Then the first Sprint is about deciding, by a date. Not deciding is also a decision; it is the one you have been making.

Is my partner a therapist or a certified coach?

No, and we will not pretend otherwise. Partners are independent contractors trained in the WisdomDeck accountability method, built on The Reality Code. They hold no professional license and give no medical, psychological, legal or financial advice. Their job is narrower and, for getting things done, often more useful: a plan, a date, and a person who checks.

Who takes my calls?

No. The method comes from The Reality Code; WisdomDeck partners are trained in it and deliver it. Every partner has signed a confidentiality agreement and works from the same written process.

What if I miss a call?

With 24 hours’ notice, it moves free. Without notice it counts as used; accountability that forgives everything is not accountability.

Refunds?

The first call is where you decide. After the engagement starts there are no refunds; you can pause a program once for up to 30 days. Text-only partnership is month to month and can be cancelled before any renewal.
