The process

Brief. Invoice. Partner.
Then Fridays.

There is no checkout, no app and no onboarding video. There is a form, an email, an invoice, and then a person.

1. The brief. You send the form: the goal in one sentence, the deadline, what has gone wrong before, when you can take a call. Vague briefs get a reply asking for a better one.

2. The quote. Within 48 hours you receive an email confirming the plan, the price and the first available week. If a different plan fits better, we say so; if we think the goal needs a professional rather than a partner, we say that too and do not take the order.

3. The invoice. You reply yes; a PayPal invoice follows. Pay with any card; no PayPal account needed. Nothing is charged on this website and nothing before you see the price.

4. Your partner. Assigned after payment, matched to your time zone and partner preference. They email within two working days to book the first call, within seven days of payment.

5. The first call. Forty-five minutes. Goal, deadline, obstacles, the first week’s steps, and how you will prove each one. You receive the plan as a written document the same day.

6. The weeks. Check-ins on agreed days (three a week on Sprints and Programs; five on Text-only). You reply with proof or with what got in the way. The weekly call reviews the week and sets the next one. The plan changes when reality disagrees with it.

7. The end. On the last call you look at the record: what got done, what did not, what you learned about how you slip. You decide whether to continue; nobody will sell you anything on that call.

US dollars. Calls are 45 minutes, by phone (we call you, or a free internet call if you are outside the US), in your time zone. Add a 1-hour custom audio recording to any Sprint or Program for $39 instead of $59. No checkout on this website: you send the form, receive a confirmed price by email, then a PayPal invoice. Your partner is assigned when the invoice is paid. Reschedule free with 24 hours’ notice; a missed call without notice counts as used. Unused calls expire six months after purchase. Non-refundable once the engagement starts.
