Accountability for confidence and speaking

Confidence is a record
of things you did anyway.

People wait to feel confident before they speak. It works the other way: you speak, badly, then less badly, and the feeling arrives later as a record of evidence. A partner schedules the evidence. One exposure a week, agreed in advance, reported afterwards.

First call: the specific situations, from easiest to the one you really want. Then a ladder: ask a question in a meeting, record a two-minute video nobody sees, give the toast, book the talk. Weekly call to debrief and set the next rung. Check-ins on the day.

Your partner is not a therapist and this is not treatment for social anxiety or any disorder; if the fear is clinical, please see a professional. Pair this with a custom audio recording if you want the inside voice working too.

US dollars. Calls are 45 minutes, by phone (we call you, or a free internet call if you are outside the US), in your time zone. Add a 1-hour custom audio recording to any Sprint or Program for $39 instead of $59. No checkout on this website: you send the form, receive a confirmed price by email, then a PayPal invoice. Your partner is assigned when the invoice is paid. Reschedule free with 24 hours’ notice; a missed call without notice counts as used. Unused calls expire six months after purchase. Non-refundable once the engagement starts.

Will my partner coach my delivery?

They can listen to a practice run on the call and tell you honestly how it landed as a listener. They are not speaking coaches.

Is this for dating or social confidence too?

Yes, with the same method: agreed exposures, reported. No advice on the content of your life, only on whether you showed up.

Is my partner a therapist or a certified coach?

No, and we will not pretend otherwise. Partners are independent contractors trained in the WisdomDeck accountability method, built on The Reality Code. They hold no professional license and give no medical, psychological, legal or financial advice. Their job is narrower and, for getting things done, often more useful: a plan, a date, and a person who checks.

Who takes my calls?

No. The method comes from The Reality Code; WisdomDeck partners are trained in it and deliver it. Every partner has signed a confidentiality agreement and works from the same written process.

What if I miss a call?

With 24 hours’ notice, it moves free. Without notice it counts as used; accountability that forgives everything is not accountability.

Refunds?

The first call is where you decide. After the engagement starts there are no refunds; you can pause a program once for up to 30 days. Text-only partnership is month to month and can be cancelled before any renewal.
