Accountability for teams and as a gift

Managers of small teams, founders with three freelancers, parents of adult children, friends watching someone circle the same goal for a year: you cannot do the work for them, and nagging has not helped. A partner who is not you, with no history and no stake, often can.

For teams: each person sends their own brief, gets their own partner and sets their own goals. One invoice. The person who paid receives no reports; partners will not tell you whether your people did their steps, because the moment they do, it stops working. For gifts: you pay, they request, same rule.

Partners are independent contractors, not managers, HR, trainers or counselors, and no business or personal result is promised. 18 and over only; the recipient must send their own form and agree to the terms themselves.

US dollars. Calls are 45 minutes, by phone (we call you, or a free internet call if you are outside the US), in your time zone. Add a 1-hour custom audio recording to any Sprint or Program for $39 instead of $59. No checkout on this website: you send the form, receive a confirmed price by email, then a PayPal invoice. Your partner is assigned when the invoice is paid. Reschedule free with 24 hours’ notice; a missed call without notice counts as used. Unused calls expire six months after purchase. Non-refundable once the engagement starts.

Questions

Before you ask.

Can I get a progress report on my employee?

No. If you want reporting, you want management, not accountability. We will tell you whether calls took place; nothing else.

Can I gift a single Reality Check?

Yes. It is the most common gift option. Make sure they want it; an unwanted witness is just surveillance.

Is my partner a therapist or a certified coach?

No, and we will not pretend otherwise. Partners are independent contractors trained in the WisdomDeck accountability method, built on The Reality Code. They hold no professional license and give no medical, psychological, legal or financial advice. Their job is narrower and, for getting things done, often more useful: a plan, a date, and a person who checks.

Who takes my calls?

No. The method comes from The Reality Code; WisdomDeck partners are trained in it and deliver it. Every partner has signed a confidentiality agreement and works from the same written process.

What if I miss a call?

With 24 hours’ notice, it moves free. Without notice it counts as used; accountability that forgives everything is not accountability.

Refunds?

The first call is where you decide. After the engagement starts there are no refunds; you can pause a program once for up to 30 days. Text-only partnership is month to month and can be cancelled before any renewal.
